meet julisa

Julisa is the founder and owner of SOL Rehabilitation! She is an English/Spanish bilingual speech language pathologist licensed in the states of Florida, California, and New York; and certified nationally by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Julisa received her undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University in New York where she double majored in Linguistics and Spanish Language and Literature. She went on to receive her graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Long Island University in Brooklyn, where her program focused on serving a culturally and linguistically diverse population of children and adults.

With over seven years of experience, Julisa specializes in working with patients who have head and neck cancers and brain injuries. She is trained respiratory muscle training, the McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program, and the LSVT LOUD program. She is passionate about rehabilitating, educating, and providing personalized care to adults and geriatric patients.
